Earlier this month, the City and Hackney Public Health team held a community engagement workshop that explored health issues in the City of London.
The event, held at Golden Lane Community Centre, was an interactive session for community organisations to help identify the health priorities in the City.
Veryan Wilkie-Jones, Neighbourhoods Programme Manager at Hackney CVS, said: “I was pleased to attend the City of London’s Joint Strategic Needs Assessment engagement workshop and share learning from our Neighbourhood Forums and Action Groups.”
Veryan added: “The discussions around access to services, community connection and wellbeing highlighted just how complex the City’s health landscape is and why ongoing community insight is so important.”
