This 3-hour, interactive session will help people understand the mental health drivers that can cause suicidal thoughts and to recognise the signs that someone may be feeling suicidal early on. The course also provides people the confidence to support other vulnerable people and reduce the risk of a suicide attempt being made.

The four CVS’s of Hackney, Islington, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets have collaborated to strengthen the training offer to voluntary and community organisations across the East London boroughs of City and Hackney, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Waltham Forest, Newham and Tower Hamlets.
