Emergency First Aid at Work 

This Emergency First Aid at Work course is designed for anyone who needs to or would like to become an accredited emergency first aider in the workplace in accordance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course covers the following subjects:

  • Role of a First Aider
  • Priorities of First Aid
  • Managing an Incident
  • Causes and care of the unconscious casualty
  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Bleeding and Shock
  • Choking
  • Burns and Scalds
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Manage the Transportation of a Casualty
  • Record Keeping & Accident Reporting
  • Practical demonstration and use of an AED

Project Management for charities Masterclass

This Masterclass will introduce participants to the principles and concepts of project management – and provide them with the tools and templates to put these ideas into action at their organisation.

This workshop will explore:

  • Why project management is an essential skill to manage project successfully.
  • How to develop effective practices and manage change.
  • Why projects fail and how to minimise the risk of this happening.
  • How to apply a project management approach to existing projects of your own.
