Moving On Up Project aims to improve outcomes for young black men in Hackney by providing estate-based employment support and empowering young men themselves to influence policy both at a local and pan-London level.

Key to this are the Inspirational Leaders, a group of young black men who deliver aspirational workshop in youth clubs and schools. They also act as the Youth Advisory Board to the multi-agency Young Black Men Partnership Group that is chaired by Hackney Deputy Mayor, Cllr Anntoinette Bramble.
