Support for your Wellbeing packages from Mind CHWF


These can be accessed as a staff group, or as an individual.  Access help to prevent the development of mental health issues and develop your resilience through training and counselling.  Includes Mindfulness, Mental Health First Aid, and Trauma Awareness work.
