Hackney CVS has two flexible meeting rooms available to hire.

Light and well-decorated, the rooms have access to wi-fi, air conditioning and audio equipment. A reception service is offered, and there is a well-maintained garden offering an oasis from the busy streets of Hackney. Our work is to build strong vibrant communities and to create a fairer Hackney, and so we offer significant discounts to members.

Small meeting room

Any member of Hackney CVS can use the small meeting room without charge for up to three hours a week. Membership is free to all voluntary and community sector organisations operating in Hackney and includes access to a resources area with computers and printing facilities as well as discounts on the hire of other rooms. Conference room

Our spacious mirrored conference room can seat up to 24 boardroom style, 45 theatre style. Leading out onto the lovely garden it has lots of natural light, a projector, air conditioning and sound system. We now also have a microphone, webcam for use with video conferencing, such as Zoom. It can be used for larger meetings, workshops and exercise classes.

Full day (4-8 hours): £260 (£180 members)
Half day (up to 4 hours): £150 (£100 members)
Evenings (weekdays, 6.00pm – 10.00pm): £25 per hour
Weekend full day (4-8 hours): £390 (£270 members)
Weekend half day (up to 4 hours): £225 (£150 members)

Optional extras

Projectors (£20), laptop (£20), flipchart paper (free), PA system (£50), tea, coffee and biscuits (£2.50 per person).

Booking

You can choose the room layout, equipment, times and light refreshments if you require them. A member of Hackney CVS staff will check your booking and get back to you with a confirmation email and invoice (payment is required before the event).
