This February, communities in Hackney will celebrate LGBT+ History Month. The celebrations aim to increase the visibility of the histories and experiences of LGBT+ people, promote inclusion and wellbeing, and raise awareness of matters affecting LGBT+ communities.

This year’s programme is supported by a microgrants scheme to help fund community events celebrating all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual).
