In this workshop, we will continue delivering the commissioning model that we have agreed, focusing on a nominated health inequality. The session could include hearing from community groups delivering in this area of work and what they think would support residents best and doing a vote. However, it depends on what is decided by the group during the blue-sky thinking workshop.
