Working Together to Join-up Care in City and Hackney

Any member of staff working across City and Hackney – including our voluntary sector – are welcome to attend one of these events, which have been planned to provide you with the following opportunities:

• To meet colleagues from partner organisations – the event has built in networking time with refreshments
• To explore how we can work in a more integrated way with others – the event will include an exercise in mixed groups to explore some of the opportunities & challenges to integrated work and thinking about creative solutions
• To meet some of the programme leaders and ask them questions – leaders from all the key organisations who work in City and Hackney such as the Homerton, East London Foundation Trust, the CCG and both Local Authorities will be attending one of these events each
