Personal safety course for women and girls 13+

A free 4-week personal safety and self defence course for women and girls over 13. No upper age limit. You must be able to commit to all 4-sessions to qualify for a potential space. £10.50 deposit is required to secure your place, which will be returned at the end of the course.
