Mental Health First Aid

This is an internationally recognized and certificated Adult Mental First Aid training delivered by certified Mental Health First Aid England instructors.
This is an introductory three-hour mental health awareness course
After attending this course you will be able to:
- Define mental health and some common mental health issues
- Identify stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health issues
- Relate to people’s experiences and support people in distress
- Look after your own mental health
This session will be a mix of presentations, discussions, and group work activities. You will receive an Adult MHFA Lite manual as well as an attendance certificate from MHFA England.
