HSCF Transformation Forum

You are invite to Health and social Care Forum joint meeting ‘Big meeting’. Where all the Health and Social care groups will meet under one roof.
It will involve of an hour of SIG meeting, then groups will split into transformation work streams (Prevention, Planned Care, Unplanned Care and Children & Young People), and meet for an hour followed by HSCF Forum meeting.
Time & Date: 25th April 2018 at 9.30 to 1pm
