Right now the community sector is facing a lot of tough decisions, and leaders are having to conduct difficult conversations with their staff – about wellbeing, furlough or even redundancy. This session is run by ELBA and the Learning & Development team at Linklaters LLP, and will look at the psychological effects of these conversations, and how to manage these effectively. It is open to all staff in Hackney organisations.
