Clissold Park Neighbourhood Forum.
We welcome everyone living or working in the Clissold Park Neighbourhood to our Navigate to Thrive Wellbeing Forum where we will be discussing support with long term health conditions and addressing barriers to accessing health information services and primary care.
There will be presentations, discussions, health and wellbeing information and a complimentary healthy buffet. Presentation topics include digital inclusion and access to primary health care services, smoking cessation and social prescribing navigation via the NHS and local community. Come along and meet others in your neighbourhood – and be sure to tell your local friends!
