Managers\, is it time that you supported mentors to gain a recognised qualification? \nAs the divide between the have and have nots becomes wider\, you support service users that face disadvantage to succeed despite the odds. \nSchools\, faith groups\, youth centres and public sector have an increasing demand for experienced mentors with the skills to support adults and children with multiple needs. \nMentors provide regular 1-1 support and guidance to people in need. More experienced mentors are needed to provide a stable foundation for young people and adults in need to build a brighter future. \nHackney CVS in partnership with Mighty Men of Valour and Ruth Generation will support active mentors that guide adults and children to achieve the level 2 OCN qualifications.
