SUMMARY:Community wellbeing conversation
DESCRIPTION:Hackney CVS and ELBA are hosting a community wellbeing conversation on Monday 19 April\, 3-5.00pm. The voluntary & community sector responded to COVID with creativity and commitment in an incredibly difficult environment. However there is now an unsustainable level of burnout and stress among staff and volunteers. It is time to come together as a sector to share experiences\, reflect why this is happening and the impact it is having on our work\, and together to work out what we can do about it practically. Hackney CVS and ELBA will be hosting a community conversation about wellbeing across the voluntary & community sector to identify the greatest areas of need and prompt ideas about how to address them. \nPlease let groups know.
