This workshop uses methods and tools that will show you how to motivate yourself and your teams. The workshop will also show how to grow your resilience and understand what you need to do to be seen as a strong and supportive leader.\n\nOutcomes \nParticipants will understand many of the aspects and qualities that employees seek from good leaders.
