SUMMARY:Healthier City and Hackney Fund Launch Event
DESCRIPTION:Hackney Council’s Public Health team and the City and Hackney Clinicial Commissioning Group (CCG) have joined forces again to offer an exciting grants fund for projects improving the health and wellbeing of residents in City and Hackney. \nThe scheme allows the Public Health team and the CCG to work with organisations from across the Voluntary\, Community and Social Enterprise sectors to create innovative solutions to long standing\, large scale health issues\, and to test ideas for new ways to deal with old problems. \nThis launch event will introduce the grants programme to interested groups\, explain the application process and the priority health issues covered by the grants\, allowing time for ideas sharing between organisations.
