SUMMARY:12 week course for older people who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
DESCRIPTION:MRS Independent Living Peer Support Project is running a 12 week course for Older People who have been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. \nThe series will run from 10.30 – 12.30 am on Tuesdays from the 9th January 2018- 27th March. \nIf you are unsure about the changes in your life style you should be making OR if you know what you should do but just find it very hard to make the changes then this may be the course you have been waiting for. It will also be a chance to meet new people who also want to make changes in their life style. \nEach session will include delicious and healthy refreshments. \nThe course is open to all older people but is geared particularly to meeting the needs of the Black and Caribbean Communities. \nIf you would like further information and details please telephone 0330 380 1013 or email Services@mrsindependentliving.org \n
