SUMMARY:Mental Health First Aid
DESCRIPTION:This internationally recognised and certificated 2-day Youth Mental First Aid training is for those working with young people. This course will provide you with the information\, tools\, and techniques needed to support a young person who might be experiencing mental and emotional distress. Within each section\, there is a clear focus on the issues faced by young people\, including bullying/cyber-bullying and substance misuse. The course also teaches the importance of promoting well-being and protective factors.
