Youth Employment UK laucnhed the Talent Match Mark in collaboration with the Talent Match Programme, led by London Youth with support from the Big Lottery Fund earlier this month.

Recent Social Mobility Commission Report and static youth unemployment data shows that there is still much more to do if all young people are to fulfil their potential and progress into quality employment.

Congratulations to FMB London member Bola Abisogun, Executive Director of Urbanis Ltd who, following a letter he wrote to the PM Theresa May, secured a meeting with Damian Hinds, Minister of State for Employment.

Bola, has a strong track record of campaigning for equality and diversity for micro and SME businesses in construction. The meeting was held at Hackney CVS where the Minister met and listened to the views of young black men and heard first-hand about the work being done to challenge prejudice and promote diversity.
