Job title: Connect Hackney Programme Administrator

Salary: Salary: £25,000 Salary band: £23,000 - £27,000 p.a. (Professional level 1). Full time: 35 hours per week Permanent contract (programme ends March  2021). Role subject to 6 month probationary period.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Administrator to support a small team, to ensure that excellent administration underpins the successful delivery of the Connect Hackney programme.  Connect Hackney is a £5.8M programme, aimed at reducing social isolation among older people (50+) and supporting those at risk of becoming socially isolated.*

The successful postholder will be a well-organised individual, with experience of providing administrative support to a busy team.  As our administrator, you must be able to carry out administration tasks to a high standard, be comfortable working on your own initiative and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular). You will need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with a wide range of partners and individuals, including programme participants.

Job title: CRM and Database Officer (NOW CLOSED)

Salary: £32,000 per annum pro rata Part-time time (17.5 hours per week), fixed-term contract to 31st December 2017. Working hours negotiable. Role subject to 3 month probationary period.

Hackney CVS is looking for a CRM and Database Officer who will work under the IT Enabler project. This is a larger project that seeks to provide Voluntary and Community Organisations with access to a database and to work with them so that they can share information as necessary.

The postholder will provide Voluntary and Community Sector organisations with advice and support to move onto the database that best suits them. They will be responsible for supporting organisations to select and customise a database to suit their requirements, and support them as they move towards inputting their own data onto the database.

The ideal candidate with have excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills with experience of co-ordinating a number of projects at the same time. They will be an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and motivate others.
